On Saturday, Cordula and I took a walk over the bridge to Friedrichshain. There were hundreds of police cars in the streets around Schlesi, and I thought there'd been an emergency, a bombing or something really crazy. But no, it was only a small demonstration against high rents. I had a good laugh over the slight overreaction from the German police's side, and Cordula and I almost joined the demo.
On Warschauer Straße, we came by this lovely corridor. We also had frozen yoghurt, and in the middle of being very full from the ice cream, I forgot my sunglasses and a newly purchased schampoo. How I am losing all my stuff at the moment...
