I came across this neat little video showing Copenhagen in 1937, seen - obviously - from an outsider's perspective. Conveniently enough there's no mention of the awfully small apartments and the slum in Nørrebro, Vesterbro and Christianshavn for instance... But still. After having cursed the morning bikers and the many many stoplights on my way to work - how can I not remember that from last time around? - I sort of see how absurd it must look to someone outside. Still I really like the speaker's enthusiasm, and it does look idyllic...
