Hope you're all enjoying the holiday; we've been lying around, laughing, talking, sleeping, eating... Our Christmas eve was wonderful and consisted of all the best. We danced around the Christmas tree, ate lots of turkey and caramelized potatoes, drank porto and red wine, unwrapped heaps of presents and went to bed with a smile on our faces. Just as it should be.
We drove over to my mom's in Jutland on the 22nd. I had been looking forward to the roadtrip with my three younger brothers for weeks and it was everything; a killer playlist and pitstops for food, laughs. Just the thing to get into the Christmas spirit.
