The last few weeks have been busy. I'm working 12 hour days and barely have time to see people. It's so much fun and I love my assignments for the newspaper. Things are falling into place. And I do see people...
Last Friday was pay day and I was in need of so many things. So I spent the morning in the city and managed to get everything in one hour. And more stuff... My card was practically sizzling afterwards.
I had lunch with Chris in Torvehallerne. I love the sliders from Smagen af Fyn. Chris always gets something from Banh Mi...
The city was beautiful beneath the grey sky.
The next night I went to a party. It was in a killer apartment overlooking downtown Copenhagen. I had made a new dress and bought impossible earrings (I wore them until 4am!) and I think I thought I looked good since I deserved a selfie.
I spent the night in Vesterbro and was pretty hungover the next day. I managed to drag myself down to meet Chris for a midday movie in the cinema. I had breakfast in the plush seats and felt pretty good despite the hangover...
On Tuesday, I went on assignment for the newspaper. I met some very nice people and had my post-interview high. Also, they had a pretty view over Nordvest.
Wednesday night, I went to Louisiana with AE, Sølve and Fredericke. We got lost in Kusama's world of dots and it was great hanging out. My mother texted us how happy she is that we want to spend time together as siblings and we laughed a lot about that. Because who doesn't want to hang out with your siblings?
The next day I was busy with a deadline and got up before the others. Later, Sølve made pancakes for us as a second breakfast. Quite what I needed just then.
After my deadline I went into the city to do an interview. Across from the house these red things climbed up the building.
I spent some time in Elsinore doing more shopping and cooing over those beautiful narrow old streets.
And yesterday I had lunch with AnCa and coffee with Chris. It was warm enough to sit outside and watch people stroll by.
