Week 41; fall edition

I think I had forgotten just how fluorescent yellow the trees get here in Berlin. In a city so green as this one, it's almost surreal how beautiful fall is. Everything is popping out in bright colours, and I wish it could look like this for a long time. It seems like it will only be around for a few days, and then the branches will go naked for the next many months. I'm trying to catch every coloured leaf on my way.
The buildings here in the West are so beautifully ornamented. I wonder how marvellous the apartments must be behind those windows...
On Wednesday I met up with Cecilie from Denmark. We had sushi at Zionskirchplatz in Prenzlauer Berg and caught up on what had happened in those 5 years it's been since we worked together in Aarhus.
I finally tried the coffee at Bonanza Coffee Heroes (Oderberger Str. 35, Prenzlauer Berg). It was good good good.

I did like Bonanza (although it wasn't my favourite), but I thought it was a bit bizarre when they asked my friend (who owns a cafe in Nørrebro) how much milk he wanted in his cortado... :/

Haha, yes I see. It wasn't my favourite either, it needed a little more 'pow' in order to be that, but I like the place nonetheless :)
