Coffee

Someone recently told me that I take way too many photos of coffee. And when I looked through the photos on my computer, I did have lots of pictures of the black drink...
The first photo I have with coffee is this one from early 2009 when Chris and I were obsessed with Ricco's in Istedgade. We often took it to go and wandered around the Meatpacking District talking about boys and plans for the future. That was before journalism school, and back when Chris had just started in architecture school. There was a Swedish guy working at Ricco's and he made the best ice coffee in town.
I started drinking coffee in high school when I couldn't stay awake during classes. At first it was mainly to keep me awake, but I discovered I liked it. I only liked mocha in the beginning, but quickly moved on to the milky kind.
There is the summery coffee at the grandparents.
In Berlin, I discovered the coffee there tastes very different. Their milk is more rich making the coffee flavour more distinct. Boy, I loved making French press coffee there with 1,5% milk....! Unfortunately, Berliners are obsessed with the milk foam, which is definitely not my thing.
There's the museum coffee.... Here in the Stasi museum in Berlin
There's the ice coffee; a beloved ritual that marks the beginning of summer (this one was taken in March 2011 when I was convinced the summer had come to Berlin)
There's happy coffee - not that kind - in Berlin (at Kauf Dich Glücklich)
There's rainy-Copenhagen-coffee
There's washing-time-coffee
There's Sunday-in-bed-coffee
There's London coffee (flat white, of course)
There's work coffee (definitely not my favourite!)
 There's morning-at-a-café-coffee
 There's morning coffee
 There's homemade ice coffee
 There's out-with-friends-coffee
There's hungover coffee in bed. And my favourite? It's the double latte from Coffee Collective. I'll miss it so when I move to Aarhus in a few weeks...!

Totally! It would become such a project and make me drink even more coffee. I think the world is not ready for that just yet :)

Tak for tips!
